
Description:
Intervention programs on behalf of youths and families which serve as an alternative to violence and emphasize adolescent health and opportunity will be enhanced. Resource allocation will focus on those educational programs which develop human potential and strengthen the fundamental social fabric of this targeted population; particularly those children at risk and those in the custody of the state.
