| This division receives and processes
traffic and municipal civil infraction citations from the law
enforcement agencies in the county. They also process some
misdemeanor citations in the Michigan Vehicle Code, Department
of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act and
various local ordinances, where the judges have set a standard
fine/costs in the event you desire to just plead guilty and pay
