MOTION FEES:
Effective 10/1/03 - All motions in the Civil Division of the District Court require the
payment of a $20.00 motion fee.  This LINK will answer questions as to what is a motion.
If you file multiple motions at the same time in the same file, then only one motion fee is paid.
Motion fees may be taxable as costs to a party.
