| This 500 plus acre Developed District is being developed to provide first
class building sites for a wide variety of commercial and industrial tenants desiring to
locate in the mid-Michigan area. The District is designed to maximize a complete
transportation network already in existence. The District, located contiguous to the City limits of Mason, encompasses a US-127 freeway interchange, CONRAIL rail service, and the Mason-Jewett Airport. The District is divided into 10 sites of varying size and use.
