TRIPS ARE AVAILABLE:
From mid-May to Labor Day trips are available seven days a week.
In September trips are available on weekends only.
In October trips are available by reservation only on the weekends.

Season beginning/ending dates vary with river levels. Please call our information line at
517-676-2233 (then follow the prompts) to find out canoe and kayak rental availability.

TO MAKE A RESERVATION:

Call (517) 676-2233 Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. except holidays.

Reservations are encouraged for groups of 9 or more canoes.
Reservations have priority.
Payment in full is required at the time of reservation.
Refunds will be made only if it is raining at the reservation starting time, or if the reservation is canceled at least 10 days in advance.

All canoes must be back to the park by 7:30pm

Upstream transportation is available by van from Burchfield Park to the access points listed.

Bus space is on a first-come first-served basis.

Large groups may be asked to transport some or all of their own participants.

A driver's license is required for all rentals. Children 14 to 16 years of age
must be accompanied by an adult, 18 years or older, in the canoe/kayak or in an adjacent boat.
