The Burchfield Winter Sports Building is the perfect venue for Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, and School Group meetings and events!
What better setting than Burchfield Park to work on the requirements necessary for troop recognition badges or nature based school curriculum units. Summer amenities available include an outdoor firepit, 550 acres of park land to explore, 3 miles of river frontage, a pond stocked with rainbow trout, canoe rental, and over 5 miles of hiking trails. In the winter your group can enjoy the toboggan runs, sledding hills, an outdoor firepit, and groomed cross-country ski trails.
The Winter Sports Building is available for non-profit groups free of charge.

RULES & REGULATIONS:
Organized Non-Profit Youth Groups will not be charged for use
of the Winter Sports Building.
All other groups may reserve the Winter Sports Building for
$90.00.
From APRIL 16th to DECEMBER 1st, the
following guidelines apply.
§ The Winter Sports Building will be available for reservation during normal operating hours unless the hours are waived as a condition of a Special Event Permit.
From DECEMBER 2nd to APRIL 15th the
following guidelines apply.
§ Reservations for the Winter Sports Building will be accepted for Sunday through Thursday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm only.
§ A five day prior notification will be required to reserve the Winter Sports Building.
