The Purchasing
Department purchases goods and services for county-funded
departments in accordance with County purchasing, budget and
administrative policies. We also oversee bid
processes, maintain files for purchasing vendors, administer the
procurement card program, oversee vendor adherence to
the Equal Opportunity Plan - Purchasing and Contracting, oversee various
contracts, oversee living and prevailing wage compliance, oversee
the Copy Center and courier services, and dispose
of surplus items.
