The Village of Webberville has contracted police services from the Ingham County Sheriff’s Office since the early 1990s. Due to its size and locality, deputies utilize community policing skills to develop partnerships with citizens and business owners in the community.
The village unit is comprised of three deputies and one supervisor, who participate in activities such as:
- Neighborhood Watch
- School sponsored functions
- Bicycle patrol during summer months
- Village ordinance enforcement
